Has anyone got a good link or the Torque settings for a 94 Fd engine?

I've managed to loose the folder with my Technical data in and like a dumb ass i've assembled it then though where is it?? Ended up ripping the house to bits with no Luck https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif

So if any one has the Settings it would be Appreciated.

Cheers

Chris

Does this look about right?

Tension bolts 25lbs

Front Pulley 65-100

Flywheel nut 300lbs

Stationary gears 12-17lbs

I just found that on a Peice of Paper and i think it was for my T2? does it sound about right?

Tension bolts - 27lbs

front pulley - 80lbs

I'd do the tension bolts at least 30ft/lb. I done mine to 25 the first time and it leaked water, re-done them to just under 40ft/lb and it was spot on.

I ran a tap down the Threads and wire brushed the Bolts becouse i couldn;t find a Die the right size https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif

I'll go over them again and bring it up to 32lbs

Cheers.

I'll second the cleaning threads with a 10mm x 1.00 tap.

I just did a 4 port 13B to 29lbs on Thursday. Got it running yesterday. It needs tuning; the headers glow. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
