Does any one have, or know where I can find, some technical drawings of the rotor surface of a side housing (end or centre)? I need drawings which indicates location of dowel pin holes in relation to crankshaft hole, and the center point of the arc for the intake ports.

I am building a jig so I can more easily port my side housings on a mill but I need to provide accurate diagrams of certain points on the surface of the side-housing in order for my mounting plate to be CNC'd.

Any help would be most appreciated...

A few minutes on a coordinated measuring machine would get you the drawings if it is slaved to three axis of computers.

Put a ball tip on a dial indicator and run the iron on your mill table and record the distances right on the mill.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I had planned on something similar if I couldn't track down some drawings. My attitude is why rediscover that which has already been documented. Figured I'd ask before doing it manually.

Cheers...
