rotor to counterweight selection help!

hey folk im putting together a setup at the moment
i have a question about the rotating combination .

rx8 rotors , some foreign 13b crank, counterweights that were suited to rx4/5 rotors.
the question is, is it critical that i have all of that balanced??

it isnt a super duper competetion engine.
