Hi all, I'm installing a 91 Turbo engine in an aircraft, because of rules

and Canadian regulations, I'm not allowed to use the Turbo.

Question is, Can 200 reliable hp be obtained without the turbo and what would have to be done in order to achieve this.

Thanks

John Willis

I doubt 200 flywheel hp would be hard with the correct NA rotors and a good street port.

a good street port.

Not street port, its AirPort

A peripheral port sized for aviation will make 200 hp and 196 ft lbs of torque at 6K rpm. Perfect for an aircraft with a 2.13 reduction drive.

Check that site out. Lots of good info there relating to aviation and rotaries.
