anyone know were to source the exhaust insert roll pins?

Try any big NAPA store, in the Dorman supply boxes.



The exhaust inserts will be held in by the header flange even without the roll pins. You can make a shim of stainless in the shape of the port if there is any doubt about clamping power.

I typically tap the hole in the housing, and use a threaded set screw. Usually use a little locktight on the threads.



Never had a problem.

Thats what I typically do as well.
