I have started my first porting episode, and I have a few questions about porting the center housing. My goal for these center ports is keep the torque as high as possible. First question, there is a hole in the port itself that leads to the EGR, is it possible to plug this with JB Weld? Next, would it be possible to remove the fuel diffuser/atomizer thing right under the injectors. Any other tips on keeping the torque as high as possible would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

I just re-read the entire thread on porting and nowhere did anyone specifically address the two main questions that I have. :squint:

I believe that you could plug the hole with jb weld.
As far as the difusers I would suggest that you leave those in place or you wont get good spray. Ito, any opinions? |
