The port looks nice.

the port runner pictures weren't all that clear, but if the work on the port itself is any indication then i'd say you did just fine. it looks great.

I took several pics and they all came out like that. I wasn't sure about the size of the port. I made the plexi glas modell and moved a rotor around. Having the corner seal (3/4) and side seal (leading edge) supported and not breaking through into the water jacket that is as big as one can go, I think anyway.

Nice ports.

I used a cone shaped carbite bit I bought at tool king, then grind stones and then sand paper rolls. All air tools based. After that I polished with steel wool in a power drill. I know most porters don't like the smooth surface but I just like to try it and see. I think there are to many bends in our intakes, so I like to smooth everything as much as possible and keep velocity high. I bought some tools from Racing beat. They have a great selection and explain what the tools are for. You might pay a little extra but you get everything there and the tools work great.
