Any good tips to make everything go smooth? I haven't done a FD motor before, but I work on Mercedes all day. Theres always little tips and tricks to make certain jobs easier;)

Flywheel is getting resurfaced tomorrow. What should the 54mm nut be torqued to?

Should I re-torque the tension bolts? How much torque?

I think I have the whole clutch release thing down. Pulling motor w/out trans. Leaving DP on motor.

Anything else?

I think teh torque is close to 300 ft/lb. So you need one of those 5 foot torque wrenches they use on diesels. I just use an impact gun. Never had a problem yet

I would'nt worry about the tension bolts

This is probably where I should have started my thread. :(

Yeah I was just gonna do it with an impact anyway. Give it about 6 rat-tats and it should be good https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR
