im wanting to put a JDM motor into my 93 RX but i do not know if the wiring harness of my American car will conect to a japanese motor. I do know that if i use the American harness i have to use the American ECU and if i use the Japanese harness i need to use the Japanese ECU.

does anyone know if a JDM motor will conect to the American wiring harness?

let me know soon becuase im going to be buy a motor of some sort on tue.

it'll be fine. on the 2nd gens, the acv was a little different, but that can be transferred over. i'm not sure if it was the same or not on the 3rd gens though.

the onlt difference on the engine is that the jdm cars didnt have the aws or egr, everything else is the same. the jdm ecu will even plug into the usa harness.
