yeah i remember back in the day a buddy had a turbo fail on the fd (shaft broke, compressor wheel stayed, turbine wheel and shaft was just gone) so anyways it put 4.5 qts of oil thru the exhaust, and it took WEEKS to burn off.

why not just run some kind of cleaner through the exhaust system? like seafoam.

I know its a little diffrent but i've just rebuilt my old mans car, that had a Odd Head gasket problem (which he had already tried to fix once) so i put Fabric Dye in the coolant. So i ran it up to temp a few times then Droped the Liquids and did the Job, and apart from some Nice coloured Water ways there was a Nice Blue Inlet port with a Crack round the Guide.

May work for you if it is a Crack?

Oh no grizzly I just rebuilt the motor for the second time because there was so much coolant in the mufflers I thought the first build was wrong. It smokes like crazy but it is just the coolnt burning out of the mufflers. You know like when you spill some coolant on the radiator and when it gets hot it starts smoking, cept this is 10 times worse. UUUHGG

So is it doing any better yet Chris? Or is it still putting up a smoke screen?

yeah my exaust smoked for a week after i did my trans and spilled 90weight all over the exaust it also made the whole car smell like ****
