what are the HP gains on a street port? i never had a street port engine before and i would like to know how much it will be, the engine is a rebuild 87 turbo II with street port and hurleys apex seals, ill going be running a jaytech intake and a holley 650 and a heavily ported S4 turbo, NPR intercooler, 2 1/2 inch exhaust with dinomax muffler as a presilencer and a apex stile N1 muffler , i just wanna know like how much i would expect of it. before i had a stock port 13b gslse engine with the same as above, ex the carb that it was a 45dcoe weber and i was making 203 hp at the wheel. does is going do the same or more? thanks

On a good street port expect a 15% increase in horsepower over the stock hp numbers. 15% being the lowest gains. Some ports have landed a higher percentage in hp gains vs a stock port.

would streetporting a car that will be using a stock turbo be benificial? or is the stock turbo just going to choke off your hard efforts of a street port?

i think the stock turbo is too small for the stock ports, porting would olny make it worse

i know but is the only turbo i have now, plus the exhaust housing is ported real big and the wastegate too. im planning to get a hks TO4E turbo kit later on. it just i dont have the money right now to buy it
