as it says im curious as to how you go about making up ya own porting template(intake), i know what they look like etc but what i really wana know is how you make the port part of the template from scratch,



do you use a dumby end plate port that how you want it then some how transfer it to an ali plate???



you tell me

One idea would be clear acrylic or transparency material, trace your ports... cut it out then there ya go... you can scribe that onto a piece of metal and cut it out for some nicer templates...



I found some 3/32nd's thick acrylic sheet in perfect housing sizes at a local junk store... they have a huge pile of them.. for like .50cents each.... probably going to pick up a few more to trace my ports when I finish them.
