Seeing as how this forum has been so helpful with all the amazing eng. building tips from all you pros out there, I thought I should post some pics to show what you all helped me accomplish. I resurfaced the irons on a large surface grinder at work.

Ha,ha, https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif Your more right than you know. Looks like the poor guy won't be able to finish the project for a while so it'll be sitting around for a while after I install it. It's a shame cause I can't wait to tune it and see what #'s he puts down. He's got an s5 hot side with a t4 compressor side. Should work well. Not a bad baffle for free. Got the metal at work and spent about an hour putting it in.

That baffle looks awesome, consider your idea stolen...

very nice!

i'm amazed how clean those parts are

cembrent 02-11-2006 03:13 AM

Thanks, I'm flattered. Figured it was a good idea since it doesn't interfere with the gasket.
