Okay, so I pulled the motor apart after I "blew it up" and found out that all my front rotor had 4 corner seals stuck in. I took a dental pick and pushed/pulled on them and they split in 2.
Clearancing problem correct? My question is...How do you clearance corner seals? |

the clearance check is between the side and corner seals.. anyone care to share the distance... |
well the corner seals should be free in their holes. and the side seals should be tight against the corner seals, (.002-004"?) but not so tight that it binds the corner seals. if you need to open up the corner seal hole i think you could use sanding paper?
