j9fd3s 01-18-2003 08:56 PM

bigtime is right, an exclamation point is kind of like pointing out something that should have been obvious.

who are you and how did you see it ?
I stopped by Ito's shop on thursday and he showed the NA 6-port bridge to me.

Judge Ito 01-20-2003 07:06 AM

Ill take pics today. 6port N/A plus 6 more ports equal 12 ports. I'm just looking for another way of making power with these 6port engines. Since nobody really likes the 6 port engine.

Thanks for helping me purchase that nice camera.

That was my first motor I ported. thats how I ended up getting template copies from Engman. But I made the damn exhaust ports too wide too big and a bad Delorto back in 93. Lost the whole motor and it was balanced and tricked.

Look forward to those pics cause you do have an artist flair when it comes to good port work!

Travis R 01-20-2003 08:19 AM

I look forward to seeing them too. I'm still gathering info for a fully prepared autocross motor. It'll be a six fort with fuel injection (probably Haltec).

Judge Ito 01-25-2003 09:21 PM

Well friends, Im very sorry to say that I do not have some nice pics of the 6 port bridgeport engine. The owner of that engine was rushing me to finish the Job. At that point I just assembled the engine with out taking pics. I just finished working on the car today. All I could say is, that freaking bridgeported Idle drives me insane,I loveeee that Idle. With that Idle Brap Brap brap, I don't need a radio. Man that idle is lovely. I drove the car with the bridgeported 5 and 6 port closed. The Rx7 has a nice acceleration. Soon we will try to dyno. Again that idle is so nice.. This Rx7 is using a Racing Beat heador. Soon Im going to customize a nice exhaust for it.

rx7machine 01-25-2003 09:29 PM

Great to hear man. I hope the dyno turns out the way you want it to. :bigthumg:

blaze08 01-26-2003 02:28 AM

What!!!!!!! you bridgeported an N/A engine what year 86-88(series 4)?

How in the world did you do that. What else had to be done to the car? upgrade the fuel and air or something. Judge ito? Is this your first time BP a 6port? how is it so far? and show us how you do it man.

I live all the way in Miami ain't no way i'm going to N.J.
