I picked up a Cooling mist 2 stage kit and have yet to install it. I was going over the kit last night and looking at the components. Seems to be a pretty well made kit. There are a lot of people that have RX-7's that seem to run this kit. The only thing that I do not really like is the plastic water lines. I think that something a little more robust would be safer.

For those that have run, are running or have done research please share your views.

AlkyControl.com.....Hands down, you will not find a better made kit than that.

Julio rocks at customer service as well.

i run the alkycontrol kit on my Vette and will probably put one on the FD. Well made kit.. and has SS braided hoses.

SS lines? Very interesting. At least you would not have to worry about a line being punctured.

Might have to check into them and see what they provide.

What do you feel as far as 1 stage or 2 stage?

GreyGT-C 07-27-2007 04:33 PM

on the vette (477rwhp 486rwtq) i only run a single nozzle, single stage kit. Will probably run a dual nozzle single stage on the FD... but i'm aiming for over 600rwhp on it.

After just installing the aquamist hsf-5 system, I'm still convinced most kits are totally over the top...

No need for the gadgetry, I used to make systems in the shop for $3, the price of a gallon of methanol...
