hello, i am rebuilding my 13b gsl-se but the problem i have is that when i insert the apex seal with the springs and corner plugs they have free play side to side of less of half 1/2 a milimiter.the apex and corner plugs are 2mm so i believe the rotors groove are 3mm.so i need an advise with this,i need to know if i can used this way or ineed to get other rotors.thanks

If I understand correctly, you are saying the rotors are machined for 3mm apex seals, and you're basically installing 2mm apex & corner seals. This won't do, if the rotor is for 3mm apex seals get 3mm apex & corner seals. Or get rotors that are machined for 2mm seals.

Scary to think somebody is rebuilding an engine and doesn't know the difference between 2mm rotors and 3mm rotors.
|
Would that cause the apex seals to bend or snap? Using 2mm instead of 3mm on a 3mm rotor.

Put down the tools before you destroy anything!!!
maybe you should post a few pics, read the shop manual, read the entire engine section here, try to find out if there is anyone in your area that has built a rotary before. |
I wonder if it would run?
