Can anybody put up some pictures of the oil passage mods to upgrade the engine? IS it necessary on turbo cars? Does it have any use for a 4-500 hp 13B REW turbo?

I have searched, found lot's of discussion about it but nobody bothered to put up some pictures to show how it's done.

there are threads for mods in both the oil pump passages and e-shaft oil jets in the FAQ section of this forum - i know the oil pump thread has pics, but i can't remember about the e-shaft thread. however, i did make a thread a few months ago about e-shaft mods and there are pics and a very, very useful link to another thread by BlueTII.

hope this helps.

My knowledge of oil mods goes as far as the 'porting' of the oil pump and adjusting the thermal pellet of the excentric shaft.

The Thermal Pellet is one thing not to overlook. When it fails, it fails open and very little oil going to your bearings.
