Default Excess Endfloat after rebuild

Hi guys,
Just a question.. If my endfloat measured up as 0.1mm I'm assuming the spacer hasn't dropped or torrington bearing isn't crushed?
Prior to fitting front cover it was 0.07mm which is a concern but in saying this I hadn't tensioned it up to 250Nm.
Engine turns over fine by hand no binding.
Your thoughts would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

One MM is fine. Or .039" Normally use .002" to ..003. For high performance use .004" This is because the crank flexes at high RPM and this in turn missaligns the thrust plate between the bearings. Bad mojo if there is not enough room. Same reason we cut some off of the rotor sides Crank flex lets the rotor tips drag on the irons..
