Seven Second 13B's are nothing new. For example check out NHRASPORTCOMPACT.COM click on results May 2003 Englishtown, Saturday, Modified Class, Carlos "Oki" Gonzales ran 7.8. Dig into results for Houston 2002, Abel Ibarra ran 7.3 on a 13B. Or check out>
