You should really do a season of Autocrossing Vosko. Driving instructors have found that previous Autocrossers do really well and have a better grasp of car control.
I love Autocrossing and Track racing. I feel by Autocrossing I am sharpening my skills for the track. I find the track to be in slow motion compared to Autocrossing. The turns are further apart and even though you are traveliing at higher speeds you still feel like your in a turn for an eternity compared to an AutoX turn. They both help each other. I learned a lot about my cars dynamics at high speeds. Now when I run on a faster AutoX course I feel more confident about what my car is doing. I know I can push it a lot further. |
i've never autox'd and i think its gonna be hard to do now that is has atleast 350rwhp at all times .....

auto xing is very good to know when going into road racing. there are many car control and roll factor issues that need to be mastered before getting on a track....loading and unloading the throttle and such.
there are many more problems incurred while driving on a true open road course reather than on an autox track. with the autox, there are many tracks out there that are only 1 or 2 gear specific, and on a road course, trust me, i done it, you will find yourself tossing your rear more than you admitted you thought you would.... louis |
i think i did pretty good on the road course. i don't want to autox because they make you work LOL
