I need help on tuning my webber 45dcoe side draft carb. It's on the 13b street port, racing beat manifold and exhaust. I also need help on how far the timing needs to be advanced or retarded. Thanks.

There are many posts about Weber tuning.

What is the problem you are having?

20 to 27 degrees of advance depending on what you want to do with the engine, and what fuel you plan to run.

20 degree is good up to 9,000 RPM on 87 octane fuel.

24 to 27 degrees for most time above 9,000 RPM on 93 octane fuel.

When at full throttle, keep the EGTs under 1650 and A/F in the 12s.

The pulleys are poorly marked. Determin exact TDC. Measure the pulley to establish TDC and the timing marks you want to use. Mark the timing marks with different colored pain for easy timing. Check full advance at 4,000 RPM.
