how does that b.o.v. sound???loud?

The "small" coolcharge II is comparible in size to the "small" Greddy SMIC.
(top pic is small and lower pic is med or large) It is "not" a perfect fit. I trimed mine with a cordless circular saw and sand paper. A dremel would help a bit more also. You'll also need a painters mask (alot of fiberglass dust everywhere). My Makita saw hooked up to my vacuum cleaner and it was still messy. I recomend using the stock ducting as it was intended. That is why it does not come with one. So what if it doesn't cover it on 100%, neither will the Pettit. If you can't use the stock ducting then try contacting jt-imports and see if you can buy the ducting for the Knightsports SMIC seperately. That should fit without trimming but I don't know for sure (ask Jason). http://www.jt-imports.com/knightsports.htm |

I think you are gonna want the duct that goes with the samll pettit IC.
|
type S is loud. type r is louder
|
the s is like a "psssttt", or an exaggerated stock one.
the r is like a loud kiss, just try it. i like making the noise in the privacy of my office here at the restaurant. the type S has been known to be boost UNfriendly. i have seen them have spring and seal problems. if you have the flanged elbow, you might want to go ahead and get the type R one......of course, the greddy one are the only ones that fit that elbow.. |
where can i find the greddy elbow with the flange and an according bov??
