My understanding is that the water/methanol is sprayed onto the intercooler, and draws the heat out by evaporation.

my teacher said they used to make fuel out of water menthanol and benzyne (sp?) haha im not sure what that has to do with your topic but i thought it was cool and aparently that stuff causes like liver cancer
