My once stock FD is no longer stock. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif I installed my M2 c/f intake box the other day.. with the hard pipes.. sorry, no pics yet.. I do have a bit of a problem.. My hood will not shut properly.. it makes the right side of the hood pop-up a little bit.. and I'm really unhappy with that.. so, anyone that has installed a M2 c/f intake box.. does it effect your hood? And I already had to grind down some of the hard pipe.. and it still doesn't shut like it's suppose to.. I may just have to re-do everything over just to make sure I installed it right.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif any suggestions?

Mine fit perfectly. It was the pipe to the intercooler that rubbed the hood.

I think I know what I forgot.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/happy.png I didn't know I was suppose to use the stock airbox flanges to bolt the M2 box down.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif that should pull it down some.. looks good, Tyson. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif that pic makes me think that I should have gotten black couplers instead of blue.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/dry.png

My box already has a pretty tight fit.. that's why I didn't even think about mounting it.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif btw, TYSON, is that a med M2 intercooler? How well does everything fit up under the engine bay?

The battery tray, intercooler and intake are are touching each other. I wouldn't buy such a big battery if I did it again, in case it decided to rub against the intercooler.

What do you mean by stock airbox flanges? I tooke everything off that belonged to the stock airbox. The M2 sits directly on the metal frame rail, there are 2 bolt holes there for you to use.

Tyson: nice bay, you may want to replace your battery w. a 51R size in the future.

Umm, yeah, I took a different path. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png That battery cost me 250 Canadian pesos. I can't just get rid of it. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/dry.png
