egr port plugs and polishing to follow...

block off plates wouldve been easier but hey...

So after cutting all that material off you just have to weld up those two little holes on the primary runners correct?

those and the acv runners in the back of the lim of which have been shaved off as well...

Quick reccomendation to you, prior to welding.



Clean and degrease manifold as usual. Wash in tide or dawn and water. Dry



Take a metal pan and pour in a layer of kitty litter/oil absorb and add manifold; cover completely with kitty litter and bake at 350ºF for 6 hours



This will drive out any imbedded oils that will make TIG WELDING MISERABLE!!!!!!!



Plus: Preheat to 250ºF before welding. Some of those castings are pretty gassy
