RB Road Race Header 8" long collector into 3" Pipe 3" Spintech "muffler" 3" pipe to a 3" Series 40 Flowmaster This is LOUDER than a CORKSPORT ever dreamed of being. Oh well a couple hours of cutting and welding down the tubes. Back to the shop for more experimentiing |

It reves quicker according to the "butt-O-meter" but we know how accurate that is.
I am ordering some mo' bits and pieces monday doe a new set-up. Any suggestions?? |
Flowmaster sez in their own literature not to use them for rotaries. They tune for pulses from piston engines.
Try a Borla in it's place. |
I know Flowmaster says that. It was Saturday at 11:45 the parts store closes at noon and I needed SOMETHING to quiet the beast down.

Banzi, you are going with a single exit exhaust correct? If so, I think that you should go find one of the exhaust tuning formulas and collect the exhaust at that length. And when you collect it use 2.5inch piping exiting on the passenger side. And I would suggest using either a borla XR-1, or a cheap apex dunk look a like off ebay.
