These are some photos of turbo headers ive been building off jigged mockup off G*****Y header (unavailable alone) https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif This one has been made with 2inch od, 304 stainless, .049 wall thickness. Wastegate tubing is 1.5inch od going into either 1.5inch or 2inch depending on wastegate flange size. The T4 turbo flange is raised 1/2 inch to clear block off plate for US EGR intake manifolds.
