Strange that you posted this now, i just saw one of these driving in houston and was wondering what it was. Looked cool driving down the road but i wouldnt want to get hit in it.

Do I see an 11k redline in it?

Are they the things with the Kawasaki engines? Wonder what they do for reverse.

EDIT: Just seen the weight of that thing, it's nearly as heavy as mine and it only has 3 wheels https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blink.png

Too much money for a "motorcycle."

That looks kinda strange.

A buddy of mines dad bought one of those a couple of years ago. I got one ride in it, and it scared me beacuse it is so small and open. Its almost like driving a childs go cart down a busy street. Pretty cool though. Its got a Kawasaki ZX12R motor in it with a modified tranny for reverse. 0-60 at sea level is supposed to be right around 4 seconds. I think here (6000ft) it would do it around 5 secs, so not super quick, but I think they are supposed to get like 1.30 on the skidpad! I think he paid like $45000 for his!!!!! I'll try and find the link, but if you want a serious go cart there is a company called Ariel in the Uk that buils a crazy ass car with a supercharged Civic type R motor in it. It makes 300hp in a car that weighs 1000lbs, and I think its right around the same price range as this Trex.

Or you could build one of these for 1/4 the price and go faster than either:

Mine won't even cost that, the catch is you have to build it yourself - but for some people that's the attraction, and anyone can do it - I don't know if I even changed a set of plugs before I started mine. You can get them built aswell for around $20k.
