B11S is a 4 seater sports coupe powered by 3.0liter Boxer6.

The Boxer6 motor produces 400ps and 56.1kgfm of torque.

The platform is based on Legacy and of course it is AWD.



Subaru says there is no plan of producing B11S right now but styling cues of B11S will be carried throughout the future Subaru model lineup.

One thing the Japanese makers have never yet figured out is the importance of styling continuity. Ze Germans have this mastered. Look at a 1970 BMW, and then the models following up to the present, and you can clearly see the design lineage. The Japanese keep reinventing their styling cues every generation. Honda is a little better at this than the others, but look at a 1984 Corolla, then a Matrix, and you'd never say they were made by the same company . . . same goes for the rest of the Japanese makers. The RX-8 actually has some styling cues from the FB though, I'll give Mazda credit there.
