i found a mazda mx3 in the news paper for $750

should i get it? i found some really neat **** for it

and so far with all the stuff i have found it wouldnt be over 5000. What do you guys think of them and what should i do?

i really need a car!

I personally think the MX-3 is a girls car, you went from new cars to a $750 car?

yeah it does have a girlish kinda look i guess, but i just need a ******* car! I could always get something different later on and i wouldnt be out alot of money. What do you think i should do?

If it runs well then $750 would be a good price.

It's ok looking I guess. There's also an MX-6 turbo, but that may be hard to find.

I agree, the Mx3 is ok looking, but I have never been a big fan. I definitely like the newer mx-6's better, but they aren't all that cheap either. Remember its your car my man, and if you like it then get it. You can always sell it and buy something else further down the road.

The older style MX-6's were the ones you could get with a turbo.

When your spending $750, it becomes a question of is worth the price for transportation, and if you need transportation, and dont have that much to spend, then go for it! But then you say the stuff you found for the car wouldnt cost more then $5000, I personally wouldnt put no $5000 into a MX-3. There is a guy in the neighboorhood who has one with some 17" rims on it, it still looks like his girlfriends car, so buy it, and use it as it, save your money for something else. Once you start putting money into a car, you dont stop. Then you might be in it for rims, tint, stereo, and something major mechanical happens and you feel like you almost have to fix the car because it was starting to be something. So buy the thing, have liability only insurance on it, and honestly if it gives you at least 1 year of transportation, what more can you ask of $750 right? A older MX-6 with a turbo would be nice as well, but I feel there might be more of a chance of having mechanical problems in the future, and if youre not mechanically inclined then you might have a problem.

actually an MX3 V6 could be a fun car if it is a 5 spd...

Especially since the SVt contour 2.5 V6 will fit into this car. Now but the motor on the bottle and you will easily be beating Mustang Stock Rx7's and messin with Vettes!



think about it 275hp in a lightweight Mx3 with a 5 spd? could be a potent lil front drive! V6 torque high redline with the SVT 2.5 DOHC motor.



Just had to bring that up.... oh 275 hp is with a 75hp shot and a very restrictive exhaust! So figure 160 at the wheels without N20 and probably 230 with N20 at wheels 230hp in an MX3!!!! SWEET!!!!
