first post here and i had a question..

before u flame and say search, i already did..

i am looking to put a 13bTT into my 1992 mazda b2600i 2wd and was wondering what exaclty i need to do..

pretty sure i need a new crossmember from the rx7( or so ive been told)

i did search, which lead me here except the article i found was a swap into a 4wd and i believe i can use my stock tranny from the 2wd.

please any input is greatly appreciated and modifications are not a problem.

i just want to know what im getting into and kind of how much to expect to put into the swap with wire tuck and possibly single turbo upgrade with intercooler...

thanks

well your looking at alot of fabrication, ie subframe exaust are the main ones, and for the tranny is it a REW motor or a bt motor because the tranny mounts differently,

what is the difference on transmissions?

im basically a honda guy, so please excuse my rotary-dumbness.

i heard that i can use the bell housing from an early model rx-7 of sorts but do not know whick year or model.

the truck is a five speed and doing some sheetmetal or welding in a crossmember or whatever is not a problem, and exhaust certianly isnt either.

just kinda looking for a parts list and problems i may run into with the swap so i kind of have a heads up and dont have to come running here for an OMG what can i do or what do i need to make this fit type thing to bother all of u on here..

once again, all repsonses are appreciated!

Ive made mounts for a fc 13B in a b2200/b2600, and I could make them for at a 13b-REW. PM me if youre interested.
