This is what ya need if ya wanna download DS/GBA roms and play them on the DS, also lets ya do the stuff listed in the ad. (Cost me 240 [120 for ds, 65 for supercard and 55 for the minisd] for them all new, so this isn't that bad of a deal) $110

DS is most likely sold. Willing to let the video card go for 80$ seeing as i need to send a money order to japan for some music pronto.
