as some of you know my nightmare with this shop. And the whole month and a half it was there. But after they told me I would pay nothing after the whole ordeal, and I have two witnesses that were with me when Ken Jones said I would pay nothing. Yesterday I got a bill from them for 1500 dollars with no invoice. Hmmm i thought well I better go to court now. But in the next couple of days I will go to Ken and tell him to do what he said or else I will take him and his shop to court. Do you have any advice for me please let me know. But since after getting the car back... it seems to run worse and worse everyday. Now it won't idle i've looked for lose vaccum hoses but haven't seen anything. My poor 7 was abused at that shop. So if anyone could help with either matter I would really appreciate it. thanks guys

**** 'em. Don't even go back, just hire a lawyer.

Sorry dude.

any lawyer that you can get to take a case for $1500 isnt going to do jack ****. either small claims court or eat it (trust me, i spent over $1500 on one days work during a property claim)

I see the new Ken is as much fun as the old Ken, or at least seem to have the same practices.

Are they brothers https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif

Sorry about all the problems your going through.

Was the invoice a computer generated invoice that may have been sent by mistake? I would definitely talk to the shop and see if you can straighten it out. Going to small claims court is pretty easy but even if you win and get a judgment against them, it is still up to you to collect which in some cases can be very difficult.

Interesting. After they did my emissions work my car wouldn't idle until it warmed up. I figure there's a vacuum leak somewhere, but I'm gonna be taking all the emissions crap off tomorrow anyway when I install my header. You can see how my experience with them was from my post in this thread.
