I'm going to be going down to Pacific Raceways this friday to try and get some better time slips. It looks like its their last test n tune this season. Anyone else plan on going? I'd like to see some other rotaries down there. $30 to race.

I might head over and get in my last race of the season. I believe its only 25 dollars if you already have a tech card.



Why are your trap speeds so low. I hit some 14.5's at 104. 13.2 seems like you would be coming in a little faster. Maybe I am a little different. My best so far was a 13.9 at 102. Hope to see you out there.

I think that my trap speed was so low because I was having fuel pressure regulator problems. My stock FPR was messed up, and was dumping fuel out the vac. nipple. That would cause the car to bog down in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear. The regulator has been replaced now, and the car doesn't seem to bog down like it used to. But I also think 106 mph isn't that low for a 13.2. I have a few 14 second timeslips that are about 103 -104 mph too from when my clutch started slipping. I am hoping for some high 12 second runs Friday, if I can minimize the wheelspin. I need to invest in some drag radials...

What size drags are you looking for, I have a set of used 205/50/15 BF goodrichs Your probably running 16's or bigger though. If you are interested let me know, You can have them cheap.

205 would be way too small. Right now I am running 205 60 15s and have no traction through 2nd gear. At the strip on friday I'll be running on my BBS wheels with 225 50 15 Toyo proxes tires. They are the same tires I ran the 13.2 on. I plan on buying some 17" x 9" or maybe even 17" x 10" Enkei RPF1s for rear and 17" x 8" for the front. Till then I gotta make due with the wheels and tires I have. On Friday I'm going to leave Lynnwood at about 11:00 am. I think the gates open at noon.

14.5 at 104?! Must have been a bog run or something? There are formulas to calculate your mph for your 1/4 mile and converting 1/8th mile to 1/4 mile. Accurate every time they are used. 13.6 at 104 was my only run where I haven't broken something in my FD and the formulas show the time and speed match... 13.2 at 106 should be pretty close to accurate. His trap shouldn't bee too much lower than it should be. Unfortunately I dont remember the formulas..... But believe me thay work! And I am in no way bashing anyone just so everyone knows! Not a forum **** talker, I save those duties for the deuchebags on the "other forum"

I didn't do too well there today, I was having trouble launching, and then on my third pass I broke the car. I spun my drivers side inner CV joint. I'll post a pic. later. I thought it was going to be much worse. I was able to drive the car back home. My best run was a 13.657 @ 108.66 mph. My 60' was a 2.212 on that run, that is horrible.
