I see kettlman won a lawsuit and I say congrats to him. Everybody is saying the power of the internet is great but when I have been here a few times and haven't seen much support because "one of your own" mishandled my car and to this day hasn't paid for my damages. I am listing them here since I am tired of his crap and frankly I am not happy with the service, the length he took, the rudeness over the phone to me like I was the one out of place, the lies and the intent to kind of like "extort" more money from me.

It was one of his posts after I picked my car up which I had to pay more of that "fishy fees". But I wanted to get my car before I lose it to a mechanic's lien or other fishy business practice he had. He stated he drive to Virginia to fix my car free, why the f*ck didn't you fix it in your shop for free since it was there, but before you wanted to charge $1500 plus parts which is outrageously expensive especially since my car was there 15 months. You are not worth that to me. Maybe Jesus "Kilo" Padilla is but not you.

When we talked the last time you wanted to send my missing parts to me, why? You charged me $100 for a distributor without ignitors in your shop bill!!!!!!! Knowing damn well that I have about 10 of those things in my house. It took 15 months for you to destroy my car, could you wait 3 days for a distributor? People, do you see where I am getting at??????

I want the following back in form of cash no BS.

Autozone Battery $55.00 (tax included) Since my car came back with a dead walmart one.

Turbo 2 bellhousing $100.00 since you didn't have one for me at the time of pick up.

Turbo 2 driveshaft $75.00 another part missing

83 RX-7 drive shaft $25.00 another part missing

Mariah Hatch repaint $150.00 since you scratched it all up putting whatever on it.

Used CD player $50.00 which you claim was stolen after 15 months, never told me before. You promised you would not leave my car outside, you lied!!!!!!!!

91 Alternator $50.00 with racing beat pulley $42.00 (it was new)other items you charged to install and disappeared altogether.

$100 for not installing my line lock.

$125 to flush the 79 gas tank and sending unit. You lost my tank and blamed the radiator shop for it when they threw it away. You should of picked it up in time. That was a 3 month episode, you couldn't find it since it wasn't your car to really look for it. I found it for you. You payed for the tank but I paid for the sending unit $25. The tank throws rust which already clogged my new black holley pump which never really work but can't prove it right now.

This is not including the dents, scratches, broken parking light lense, broken radio plate for a 79, holes drilled that I have to live with in the car, aggravation but now regardless my car is here in my hands so I don't have to take no more BS excuses and being cussed at. So pay up or I will take you to court.

Let's see if the internet can help me like kettlman got helped.

I gotta say. i don't know Judge Ito, all i've seen made him look like a good guy. and i do respect his knowledge of the rotary. Yet if all this happened to you, I hope you work this out without having to goto court. I tried and tried to get them to take care of the warranty. seemed useless to me. so in washington $29 set me up a case with no attorneys allowed. I did have alot of people on my side throughout the NW and further i come to find out. I stood up in what i believed in and didn't let up. court was actually pleasant. the judge was more curious about the rotary engine than i would have expected. and he listened to both sides well. I believe in KARMA. I myself have help alot of people in the NW without asking for anything in return. I've spent time setting up drives and events and i like to think i helped get the NW region into a comunity of people who like to help each other. well in return i've had alot of help since my engine died. with building a new one to support on the case. I don't know how your region is on helping each other, But hopefully this can be taken care of so both parties will be happy in the end. look at the other site www.rx7club.com in the NW section. it has been turned into a closed thread cause of the bickering and crying. hope things work out for you and remember, it never hurts to ask somebody for help.

I was more than happy to write Kettleman a letter. I agree it is a huge asses to have your local community on your side.

Good luck.
