I saw a black Fd with a blue strip down the center on the Baltimore beltway(695) a few days ago. I think it had Jersey plates. I didn't get a good look. I was exiting for 95 south and he was exiting 95 north. Just my luck huh? A few more yards and I would have a pic to post with the thread.
