its our 3rd annual dog walk for the American Cancer Society!
it takes place on May 1st 2005. This will be Dino's 3rd year and Louie's 2nd year, together with others you have helped us raise close to $1500 for the American Cancer Society. Its a fun day out with thousands of dogs and thier owners walking to raise money. You can donate any amount, if you have no credit card you can mail a check right to them, or you can easily pay online following the link below. thank you and give what you can for a great cause! Click here to donate click the red box above the sponser ticker that says SPONSOR ME you can also mail a check right to them, or you can paypal me the money and I will eat the 3% and make the full donation in your name or in memory of a loved one you may have lost, your name will appear in the donater banner. |
I'm all set, let's see if we can't get some more people to donate, even $5.00 guys, it doesn't accept paypal, but if youd like i am sure that rob could take a paypal transfer, hell for that matter I would be willing to take them and do a lump NP donation.
Let me know |
Hey where is the thermometer thing? Last year it said how much had been raised so far and the wut not? I thought that was cool.
and thanks rob and kristen for taking time to do something for a good cause. The progress that has been made in cancer treatment has come so far in the past few years, but there's a long ways to go. |
It now shows total donations, including the VERY generous donation the Martin family made, Scott Martin admin of Nopistons.com.
I know most younger people dont think about a tax deductable donations, think of it this way- $5.00 barely gets you just over 2 gallons of gas these days, its less then what a value meal at McDonalds cost, why not put it towards cancer research? 10% of donations also goes towards animal cancer research. I will take paypal donations, I will eat the 3% that paypal charges and make the donation in the persons name, your name will appear in the donaters section with the full amount that you donate there. If you like I can also make the donation in honor of a loved one that you may have lost due to this disease. |
Sweet, the thermometer is up, i am happy. Ok kids, it's getting close let's make the goal!!!

Woke up to pouring rain, same weather as last year
drove the hour plus drive with the pups in the car, got there and it stopped raining- just as it did last year! We had a blast, lots of dogs and thier owners, television and radio was there, Dino and Louie were quite the hams soaking up the attention, lol In our haste we forgot the camera, all in all with the donations we handed in that day in the form of checks we raised just about $800 |
Where does this "dog walk" take place at?
I'd like to join ya next year or @ least donate. |
Riverside Park in New York City, New York
and Bear Mountain in Rockland New York there might be some in other states for all I know? |
