I know some of you guys were talking about meeting up just for kicks. If you want to do that, our schedule is mostly open. So let me know when and where, and if you want, give me the phone number of someone coordinating it all (I'd rather not give out my brother's local phone number here).

Illinois was extremely windy (very fun), and all sunday was over cast. The quality of the roads in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota suck. Jack In the Box in Nashville sucked. Culver's is pretty good, as is Perkin's. We went to the Mall of America today, and I got a hooded sweatshirt with "SPAM" across the front (I didn't anticipate it actually being in the 40's here, so I was unprepared). Good times!

ok, made it back to FL safely. Things I enjoyed: The museum of science, the komo park zoo, that other big zoo, and the walker outdoor art place. Fargo/Moorhead seemed interesting too, but we weren't there for long.

things I didn't like: the vast land of nothingness that surrounds the interstate in illinois, wisconsin, and minnesota, and the crappy roads in every state that we visited above kentucky.

It's funny - when I was in Florida a few weeks ago, I was so impressed by the roads! Denver has got to be one of the worst bad-road-cities in the country. I've seen 28"-dia. potholes that are four inches deep.. ON THE FREEWAY!

Yeah, our trip back we're heading south, and when we hit Nashville it was like heaven for our tires. Four lanes of smoothness! My brother said twin cities has 2 seasons, winter and construction.
