i am new to rotary engines(done more than i can remember with piston motors). just got an 88 non turbo and curious as to what i need to do so far as computer-wise when installing huge aftermarket turbo. can it be done with non turbo rotors or will i have to change them?

Generally it's better (cheaper, less headaches) to start with a turbo drivetrain, than to try to make a turbo work on an n/a motor.
I hate saying "use the search button", so here's a good starting point. Start with post #13 on there, when the actual info starts. here's another |
welcome to the headaches and joys of Rotaries. If you can do work to a piston motor you can do it to a rotary but you will find there are fewer resources and you will also find that a lot of the few resources you find tend to contradict one another from time to time. There is still a lot ot be learned from and about the rotary engine, hopefully you can contribute!
