hi there to you all, my name is Scott im 29 and an engineer working offshore in the north sea. i live in Stonehaven Aberdeenshire Scotland Uk i currently run an 1979 mazda 323 with a 12A bridgeport in the scottish forest rally championship i have the only rotary powered car. this car was only used on tarmac before untill i bought it, the car was rebuilt to gravel spec the car runs 48 weber bridgeported 12A ford straight cut close ratio 4 speed gearbox 4.1 lsd bilstein 2 1/4 coilovers MSA logbook the car ran well in the first rally but had a few small problems losing us some time im currently having the engine rebuilt as it started smoking higher up the revs 8-10k im looking for help with it all i want to run mapable ignition has anyone used megajolt i want to lose the distributor
i have a rally in 8 weeks and hope to kick some serious ass this time 100 stage miles of sideways p.s i have been reading through all of your post for the last few weeks and have learned so much about these amazing rotaries thanks again Scott p.s im not English so please speak to me i need help getting the most out of this already quick car |
