Hi guys.
Thinking about buying an 88 convertible. It is the cleanest 88 RX7 I have ever seen. It is a 5 speed w/40K miles. All systems work and it needs nothing. There is not a single ding, or tear or even a wear point. Although the guy drives it on weekends (in nice weather) it is the closest thing to a show car that a driver can be. Here's the problem.... The value. What is this thing worth? I know that it is difficult to say, but it would sure help a lot if you could at least give me your opinion. And to make it easier I'm going to put up some numbers and a Pix. Worth "about" $3K? $6K $9K $12K $15K More? I would appreciate the help in evaluating this vert. Thanks. RedRover |
Honestly, finding a clean vert with that low a miles is getting pretty hard, assuming everything is as good as you have mentioned i would say that it would easily fetch 6k and more if you find the right buyer, i paid $4500 for mine and it's no where near that condition.

what its worth
what someone is asking for it and what someone would pay for it are all different things, I say the guy is asking $9000? |

But, as phinsup said......... I haven't been able to find a convert that is anywhere near this clean with this few miles............ I'm going to have to pay the piper or move on. I can just about buy a 2001 low mileage Z3 for that..... A few bucks more and I get to a clean Audi TT convert. Arrggghhh. Homer |
Wow, she sure sounds pretty! dont know what to say on the price.... Maybe search Ebay for sold ones and see what it comes up with.
but sometimes the rare find like that its had to put a price one it, with comps. |
