Driving around town I look back and I notice being followed by a new, blue 350Z. Nice shape, V6 engine. I heard that this car belonged to a new MD at the local hospital and had been terrorizing the local ricers. Maybe he was going my way or he was looking to stretch the legs on his car. Anyway, I was due for an "Italian tune-up" (High rpm motoring to remove the cobwebs) on my favourite roads & it was past 6:00pm on a beautiful cool day in the midwest.



We're on a divided 4-lane & he drops the hammer & starts to overtake me at 65mph. I match his speed as we're now side by side. 75-85mph and I'm toying with him, letting him think he's faster. There's a long straight after this last hill and I drop to 4th gear in full throttle to 120mph and obviously he now realizes he's got the slower car as it is impossible for him to keep up.



I slow down for him to catch up and he motions me for 1 more run from 60mph. He's soon staring at my rear bumper & a lttle later at a giant ball of fire as I shift to 5th gear. I coasted back to 65 mph from a 165mph run and he eventually caught up with me giving me a thumbs up sign.



They are nice looking cars overall, but I hate their rear end, the trunk is useless, have cheap plastic interior pieces, are a lot heavier, a lot taller, with a flywheel that must weigh a ton, lean too much in corners,....but their DVD high-speed driving in Prague is cool!

i stay with them in my vert...they are slow

165 is ballzy for anything in the daylight.....cops will see and hear you cummin....

alright i'm sorry but nobody in a mostly stock NA FC especially a vert is going to keep up with a 350Z that has a driver who actually knows he's in a race.



Even the automatics run 14's in the 1/4 mile, and thats low-mid 14's

meaning S500, like Mercedes-Benz

i took him from an 80mph roll to about 150 on my end

oh and a side note, i took Nik in my S4 gxl yes i agree i had no traction in 1st gear and my timing was fucked up and my exhaust was fucked up but i still took him, now on the other hand i want a rematch hehehe nik are you up for it?
