I agree with you.. that's one thing I've been thinking about.. if they do bring the RX-7 back, how can they possibly improve on its styling and exterior without trashing it? And for some odd reason.. I kinda like those tail lights.. but they would never go on my FD..

for some reason........ i dont mind those style lights on stock cars taht came from the factory........ but to replace them with cheesy ones with very random patterns and no symetry........ just not my cup of tea

those would look awesome if they looked nothing like what they do and more like the real fd lights!!! As for the new rx-7 i would hope they would stick to the lineage of rx-7 design and not go too far out there. Ive yet to see clear tail lights that give a "i mean business" look. They are just show.
