you can use almost any black spray paint, if you want the look
of clear smoked then get those, one is not better then the other, its a matter of taste |

an all id charge around 15 plus ship. it comes with a set of machined and sand finished custom clear lexan leses and GE Amber bulbs. Look at my car.
