the least they could do since theyre making so much $ is STOP raising prices on rx7 parts! lol [/quote How do you think they made so much money. |
I would be reluctant to invest in any automotive co's at this point in time. I think they've got a lean couple of years coming.

Of course with the beating i have taken the last two weeks I'm reluctant to empty the mattress for much of anything https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.gif

I think they've got a lean couple of years coming. cant comment on the industry as a whole, but our parts sales are linked to how well the cars were selling 2-3years prior, units in operation. we charted out our dealerships car sales since ralph started, 11/04, and where they used to sell a consistent 100 cars a month, they are now selling 30ish. seems to us its mostly due to the knuckleheaded owner, making dumb changes. we used to have a consistent sales staff, but since they left about a year ago, we've prolly rotated thru a new one every 6 weeks? actually i just heard about the local VW scene. i guess the big gun around here was selling 5000 a year, now the big gun is selling 30ish... i'm thinking it might have something to do with them being total piles of crap, but again i have no idea. anywho, ive got a martini, so hula hula |
