I have a key, so thats good. None of these computers Im using now have DC,emule, bittorrent or anything like that.

I think I have a different problem now. I origionally put in a new proccessor and windows would boot but would restart everytime I signed in. So I figured a repair would work. I kept getting errors saying the cd was scratched. I tryed a couple linux distros i had lying around , and was getting crazy errors during install. So, I put in the old cpu and reinstalled windows and now everything seems to be working. I guess I got a bad cpu?

That would be my guess, it's the only variable.
