So, any of you computer nerds sign up to be Microsoft guinea pigs?

I heard it comes free with an RFID chip you swallow

I like how microsoft calls it a "BETA", when you buy something from M$ you are buying a beta, look at how many several 100 megabyte downloads they have to come out with to make the pile of crap work. The only difference in this beta is it's free, usually you have to pay for them. Same ol NT (Neanderthal Technology) crap they've been cranking out for the last 10 years with a couple new quirks, features.

I no longer use ANY microsoft software and that's saying a lot cause I pay next to nothing for it. I originally installed Microsoft office on my mac, last week I bought iWork 09, it rocks. I have Vista installed on my mac through parallels, I haven't booted my vista partition in 6 months.

My brother just recently installed OpenOffice. It's free, and he says it works pretty well.

open office is great, especially when you consider M$ office is $500. iWork which is mac's office is $99 for 5 computers, it puts M$ Office to shame.

i got open office too.. it works perfect for most needs.. My brother(mr big spender) couldn't beleive he paid so damn much for the office suite when he could have just got this instead lol.. unless you require something that only the Microsoft program has there is really no point to buyin that.

It cracks me up, they claim they listened to customers on this version of windows, the sku's were released on Friday and they still have 7 different versions. The different versions are bullshit, they would be much better off making something that works, not confusing their dumb ass customers with 7 different versions that do who knows what half asseddly (invented that word)

See, I take special pleasure in ripping off the best and most exclusive bullshit Microsoft can come up with. I'm running Office 2009 Blue Enterprise edition. It's basically got everything you could ever use. It retails for hundreds of thousands of dollars because it's intended for major companies who don't want to have to constantly be buying new copies of Office and licensing them to be used. The best part? No CD key. It just installs and it's done because it's intended to make an office's IT department a bit happier. Of course, if one of those IT guys prefers Linux and decides to rip the CD just for fun...Bam: CD key-free Office for all. Silly Microsoft.
