I've been using this http://www.halfmoonbaytrading.com/ which is a costa rican sauce, pretty much every flavor they make rocks.
I almost always try and pick something up when I hit a good hot sauce store, some of the standby's like the dave's insanity are usually good, I like sauces that are incredibly hot, but that have some other flavor and spices to them, ie they add flavor to the food. I don't buy them if one of the first few ingredients is water cause that's just a waste a space. There's plenty others I'm sure I'm not giving justice too by not remembering them, but was curious if anyone else is into the muy caliente sauces? |
