Just wondering, i am one of those people that goes to a restaraunt, tryies the food and says to myself "I could do better then that" LOL

Just wondering who around here cooks and what your specialties are. I have Thai curry chicken on the stove right now and the smell is running through the house making me want to gobble to whole pot.

WHOA! Put an extra little dash of red curry paste in my chicken curry, it rocks! Got some serious kick to it.

i am just getting good at the bbq. i have only been trying for about 6 months. i love a good ny cut nice and pink straight through, just getting good at that. oh, i made some jack daniels bbq sauce. that is the ****!

Sweet! I am partial to the no sauce BBQ cooking, I use the Montreal Steak seasoning from costco for the steaks. Usually a little olive oile, garlic and some lemon juice for the chicken, or some home made teryaki.

Montreal steaks spices rock!

I can cook pretty much anything on the BBQ but my favorites are ribs. Cant say no to them.

phinsup 06-11-2003 07:13 PM

Yea when i cook ribs I usually stick them in the crock pot, cooke them for 8 to 10 hours, then throw them on the BBQ for a couple minutes, really tender and still has the BBQ flavor!

i enjoy cooking a nice tenderloin on the spit. Me and my dad made a 10 pounder the other night. It was a monster. SOOO good
